What’s the culture like at Asana, within the Sales/CS org? I’m currently interviewing and am getting mixed vibes from the team I am speaking to (and the recruiter is a mess!) so wondering if this is representative of the culture. Let me hear it!
Product is awful
Not sure what these comments are referring to — the product is consistently revered among our category as the most intuitive. In terms of culture, Asana’s is excellent, but there will be variance based on org. Sales and GTM is undergoing a transition with fresh leadership that seem very competent, but we are still trying to find solid footing. If you can handle that ambiguity, there’s a lot of room for growth.
How was the onsite interview? Specifically the system design and 2 hour coding part?
