I see people have 🥜 as their TC a lot. What does that mean? TC: 310k (not at Nokia)
There was a poll on this and anything below 150 was the general consensus.
If below 250k in NYC, Seattle or SF.
🥜 is subjective. It depends on money you earn, cost of living, work culture, job satisfaction, growth potential etc. Instead of writing all this stuff, 🥜 sums up.

If your tc is less than yoe*100k, it’s peanuts.
Hmm interesting.. but does this make sense? Means 1 yr has100k which is already less. Meanwhile 6 yrs should have 600k ( not sure 500k can be 🥜 at this level) and so on.. it is not linear. The above is with respect to HCOL places.
Early on, you get some time since you’ll quickly get to 300k. There’s offers for 500+ for 5 yoe. Similarly for 6 yoe.
