Rental investment in Kearney, MO
Curious if there are any first hand stories of owning rental properties there — single family houses. How is it working out ? Any thoughts? TC: 400k, bay area, L6
Was checking kansas in general because bay area is simply too expensive. Found that schools are good here in Kearney.. not much else
