IRS Warns Thousands of Taxpayers They Could Face Jail Time
Hi, Would like to know the interview process of ASML Netherlands Devops Engineer. How should I prepare ? Is it gonna be leetcode style ? How many rounds will be there ? I have 7 years exp as Dev and Devops. How much salary should I demand ? 100k ( including all)
Not sure about the interview process but take into account that rent in Eindhoven area (where ASML is located in NL) has become quite expensive. So consider this when they mention the salary range. Personally I wouldn't recommend moving to Eindhoven area just for ASML as it is quite boring place to live in.
Currently I live in Sweden and it’s quiet boring so that’s the reason I am relocating. People suggest NL can be in vibe..
If some one commutes 1 hr and stays out side of city to save on rent. Is it possible? Also how's the healthcare, hospitals in that region ?
Rest assured your experience will help. If you’re looking for a decent boost from 100k (guessing euro) then you should be pleasantly surprised. Having said that, you’ll need to be comfortable asking for time to consider their offer and counter. I did and it worked for me, but it wasn’t a magical amount of money at the time. Best of luck!
Like any idea how much should I quote ? And how phone interview will be ? It’s for 1 hour…
Probably more a friendly chat about your experiences and collaboration than LC. Don't be surprised if you only have two rounds. One with HR and one with the actual group / team that hires you. Dutch interview process is pretty relaxed. I think ASML pay is still similar to ours when comparing base pay and regular RSU setups. Base pay for a SWE/devops would be around the 80k mark give or take 5k. RSUs are only awarded for higher levels than that on annual bases and with 3 year vesting. Bonus is pretty good these years at ASML. SWE could be up to 10k I guess. Guessing as I only know the higher grades got 20k past few years. An ASML person may know better.
Thanks Philips✔️
