need your suggestions before taking my next step, please help me with you opinion- Role- Senior SDET YOE- 7 Years Current Sal- 35.50Lac INR + $30K RSU/3 i ham done with all the rounds of interview for all 3 companies and having 2 offers currently, i want to be sure before resigning because i have very sort notice period my priorities from next job- Culture && WLB job security(no hire & fire) good learning while working at last decent pay i have 2 offers currently and have one in pipeline details are- Jfrog- 48.50 lac + $70K RSU/4 role- Sr Automation Engineer Twilio - 41 lac + $80k RSU/4 + 3lac (JB) + 2.5 lac (WFH allowance) Role- Senior SDET (L3) Vonage- between 41-45 lac +RSU (not yet received) Role- MTS Is there any window of increasing base with Twilio for L3 role? #salarynegotiation
