JPMorgan Buyout
About to receive an offer from JPMorgan and providing current unvested cash and rsu numbers. Does anyone have any experience with the buyout offer? Do they try to match what is vesting in the next 6 months? Year? They were kinda cryptic Tc: 300 Yoe: 7
Have they indicated they'll even come close to 300? That seems very high for a VP at JP, which is the best you'll get at 7 YoE
They mentioned they may be able to get close including bonus…. Yet to be seen.
I got buyout in London, they did not match the all unvested they for some reason stopped at 100k, which was fine with me nobody offered more anyway
Dude they ain’t coming anywhere close to 300k

What's your role, location, and title? Depends on these. I have previously paid out buyouts when I hired in my team
