How long does it take from Morgan Stanley at work to deposit cash
I have sold several Amazon stocks. I had them at Morgan Stanley at work (only choice back then). It has the option to do a one time selling and choose the data transfer method. I chose EFT to my bank. I did it last Thursday. Giving that today is holiday how long does it take for the money to fully be deposited to bank account? Anyone has experience with Morgan Stanley at work?
2-4 days in my experience.
Today at 9pm those funds will be available. I use Morgan Stanley every single day. On a normal week if I buy options w settled funds and close a position my funds will be available end of day. If is stock the funds will be available the next day. Now if is a holiday you just have n+1 everything
Mines were deposited in 3 business days. So if yours was sold on Thursday, I would expect your deposit to arrive on Wednesday with the holiday.
1-3 days, but they have a lot of security flags.. so if this is first time you have sold, reach out to them and walk trough the process of clearing up flags.
