Please does anyone know the salary range for Lead Engineer at Transunion? I have completed a couple of interviews and waiting on getting an offer. Does TU give stocks, sign on bonus, significant bonus packages? I will be working remote from the mid west (not Chicago) Thanks. TC 110k i7 YOE: 9
Avoid TU like the plague. Your career will die there.
Little more info? Considering roles there
Didn’t know it was this bad. Was recently down leveled after a Google interview L5 to L4/L3. Planning to try again in a couple of months. Looking for a better comp for now.
My friend works there, i guess he is a lead or Manager he gets around 150+ for lead role and he works remote from texas ..
Lead would make between anywhere from 110k to 130k base before the great resignation began. They may be paying new hires more now. There is no bonus component in pay for lead level (L4), but people have been getting like a 3% discretionary bonus for the last several years. The next level (Manager / Architect) will have bonus in their pay structure.
Wow, no bonus ! I was told by the recruiter that it was in the $140k range. I forgot to ask if that was total compensation. Is it right to assume that or base?
For L4 and below, they never talked about bonus during hiring / offer process. I think it is safe to assume that it is base.
Did you take the offer?
