Initially, I held a positive view, only to discover that the company's purported values were merely a marketing facade, devoid of substance. Bullying is tolerated, and nepotism runs rampant, allowing managers to replace competent employees with their unqualified friends. The toxic culture is pervasive, with an alarming lack of concern from leadership. Expressing grievances elicits hollow assurances of care. It's all empty rhetoric. My advice: steer clear. Canva may offer a great product, but it's marred by the toxicity of its personnel. Congratulations, Canva, for turning a beloved brand into one that inspires disdain. #canvanepotism #bullyingatcanva #toxicityatcanva
Welcome to tech mate
Worked at different companies in tech before didnt have such issue. This one is a mess.
Provide examples or this is just a waste of time to post this.
You were provided with examples, but you showed no concern. Your outward appearance suggests care, but it's merely a facade. While you claim to prioritize values, your actions speak otherwise. Allowing bullying and promoting individuals lacking expertise, who then proceed to mistreat and manipulate others, exposes the hollowness of your supposed values. It's clear that your concern for values is superficial; beneath the surface, there is none.
Buddy, I’m not your manager I am IC in engineering 😂. Nice vague word spaghetti, how about concrete examples.
Just don’t work in marketing mate
