(Levels) has only SWE levels for Github. What is the structure for Program management ? Is it similar to Microsoft Senior , principal , staff , director ? Applying for a job that reports to Director. Wanna know what level I would probably be I heard they had 12 levels from recruiter? TC200

We have fewer levels than msft, but you can map them across decently well. Grade 7 is PM 2 (msft L61) Grade 8 is PM 3 (msft L62) Grade 9 is Senior PM (msft L63-64) Grade 10 is Staff/Director (msft L65-66) Grade 11 is Principal/Sr Director (msft L67)
