Wondering what it's like to work at Binance, specifically for non-engineering roles (but any feedback is welcome). Is there a level system, how do promotions work, how's the atmosphere? I'm currently level F at Booking. TC 100k.
This week I heard the infamous "Do you know who you are talking to?" from someone at Binance that decided to call me out for something that was not even my fault. What a s*** show this place is. How do they allow such toxic behavior from people?

15 years age difference, need advice! π
It's ok, depending on the team you will work with. Pay and benefits are good. There is a fierce competition for bonuses and you will find a lot of people with sharp elbows trying to push the next co-worker under. Just remember It's a Chinese company and therefore they try to push their culture onto other locations. Most employees are young, immature and have few years of experience. It can be challenging if you are a more experienced professional.
Bru i work at Binance too but the pay isnt that great. Its like on par with market but not competitive. . Bonus is good but they fucked up the payout frequency policy
How does the payout frequency work? And how is TC structured?
