Starting to look for my next gig and got a reach out from a Peloton recruiter. It seems like a cool company, but I couldn’t find much comp info anywhere for them. Anyone know what I could expect before I bother moving forward? YOE: 6 TC: 160
Stonks only go up
Friend got an offer that wasn't so high for tech. If you have a high TC due to RSUs (maybe not your case OP) I'd prepare to take a cut for a year or two while you wait for the upside.
How about the base
So true
It’s better than average for tech but it’s not going to be the best that you can get around. Obviously you can negotiate between your base + sign on + rsu/options. It’s a great TC for NYC with amazing benefits.
Can you provide any tips for android engineers?
What kind of benefits?
Did you end up getting the offer? What comp they offered ?
I'd say for SWIII or Senior level it's between 200-300k depending on how the stock does.
