Moral is terrible right now especially at operations level. Cost cutting is extreme for new programs. Timelines are foolish. Trying to do to much to fast is going to make these E powertrain launches rough.
In my little corner, we are trying to engineer/design multiple platforms with limited engineers (many left or were not brought back) an aging in house design team utilizing a design process far removed from the old days. Pre-COVID cars are OK but met with the usual assortment of first year issues but the 2025 modelsβ¦..too much uncertainty.
I know many people who are happy with work from home but not happy with Stellantis
Just leave, I found another job I put my two week notice. Stellantis is not going anywhere
Many of us have 30 plus years, full pension, SERP and Cadillac health care. The millennials are encouraged to leave. Their whining, itβs all about me, attitude is not needed.

Update: Jessica Lafond left the company two week ago. Is she also a Millenial π€
I indicated millennials are encouraged to leave. I am aware veteran employees are leaving. Which, of course, is an indication they are not comfortable with what is happening or what is about to happen. Or, veterans are just worn out from the Chrysler to DaimlerChrysler to Cerberus to FiatChrysler to the Stellantis mess. Manley screwed us just like Bob Eaton screwed us.
Agree
Happy with remote work we need more $ and more ppl to balance this out
Are any Chrysler/Stellantis happy anywhere?
Not since the creepy French took us over. Moral is low and product development is uncertain.
