The best you can argue for is working out of a satellite office. I've heard talks of people working out of Chicago or NYC with Bala teams. I bet you could argue for other offices as well if you're that good.

How did ur interview go? When I was there, hr seemed so immature and adamant on rto even during the peak. I hated it and quit. There was an exodus from sig during 2021-22
