Looking to learn more about Dell’s role tier structure...specifically for Project Manager (PM) roles and how they fall against a payscale. Glassdoor has some cues on structure for general pm vs tech pm. Tier I, II, III, IV etc. Anyone care to share insider info or any other online resource that could give an indication of how I can make sure I don’t get underpaid? These external recruiters hired by DELL want to know salary upfront prior to interviewing - so I’ll probably provide a range so there is room for negotiation.

Why is Modi spewing so much hate on Muslims to win elections?
Underpaid - yes. Negotiation - get as much as possible before you sign because you will ever be able to negotiate again. Promotions are set in stone during lock phases and the most you can expect is 5% a year if you are a TOP performer.
