is reneging apple offer okay?

the role was not great but ended up accepting since it was the first offer and in the AIML org. the offer was quite low though. base: 210k stocks: 350k sign-on: 50k location: hcol role: ict4 in aiml org planning to renege the signed offer - since i was able to find a new role at google. just wondering if it would be hard to interview with the same org in the future. is reneging okay? given that signed offers went through svp approval. would appreciate any thoughts from some managers at big tech. current tc: 300k #tech #apple #google #meta #job

should be fine I think. Just explain your reasoning to recruiter and HM. End of the day you need to have job satisfaction and career growth aside from $$.
