I have some interviews coming up in the next month or so for senior/staff level SRE roles at Geico. I don't know much about the company but they were offering a remote comp package that would make me happy. Can anyone shed some light on the general engineering culture and work-life balance at Geico? I've heard a lot of negative chatter on the internet, but I'm not sure how much is signal and how much is noise. Any input is appreciated. Thanks! TC: 210K
I just cleared it. I got a job offer and they are paying pretty good and it’s a remote job.
