Social media companies hire from other competitors all the time. I checked through LinkedIn Talent Insights - how come no one at Figma is from Lucid? I'd think their features are quite similar in nature (canvas, drawing tools, etc), especially with Figjam vs. Lucidspark. #figma #lucid

Why Worshipping Lord Ram Important in Hinduism?
Figma is a really small company, less than 500 employees. They’re extremely selective and a desirable place to work, so they have no problem getting top talent. That’s more important than finding people with specific experience who otherwise may not be particularly competitive candidates.
Pretty sure Figma has way more than 500 employees
Damn, I meant 500 engineers, not total employees. It’s probably higher than that though, 800+ in engineering according to LinkedIn
Do you have data and confirmation how many from lucid software actually applied and interviewed? Or maybe they just sucked
No, but I'm able to see the talent flow: Where did Figma hire from and how many on a monthly basis
