Anyone heard of Fundrise
Just got an email from Mint advertising this company; apparently they help you invest in real estate projects across the country. Has anyone used their product and got any feedback?

Read somewhere one needs to keep the money with them for 3-5 years, otherwise they don't return the dividends - is that true?
