FAANG to Nutanix

Would you move from L4@๐ŸŒ/L3@G equivalent to Nutanix for a similar role at a higher level? TC Would go from 175 to ~250. Not sure how much more value Iโ€™d get out of FAANG on resume or if I should try for promo and wait to see where else I could land. Remote for both roles @Nutanix

Yeah thatโ€™s what I was thinking. If I waited maybe 4-5 months in role Iโ€™d be up for promo to get to maybe 210k . Still a good gap for TC.
