Would you join Databricks now? I am getting offer from Data and Snowflake. Any opinions on how to choose? Let’s say similar pay for both, data offers better role/level. I have enough money for 3 years but then I will need to use equity to pay kids private school fees and mortgage.

No. They are keeping diluting the employee equity by endless founding rounds. The liquidity event indicates they do not have an IPO plan for the next 2 years.
