I would say the most important tip is to seem personable and interested in making healthcare better. E.g. when they demo you, actually pay attention to the demo and ask relevant questions. The coding is pretty basic but system design is highly pushed and is the thing determining your level and TC.
the recruiter said it would be 2 designs and 1 coding. should i expect a leetcode medium/hard for coding ?
I honestly haven't been on leetcode in years. If you code for your current role then you should be good :)
glassdoor and leetcode should give you a good idea for the coding round
