This platform is incredibly beneficial for tech workers in terms of pay and quality of life. Appropriate observation for International Workers Day. Every industry should have a Blind.
Every industry would benefit from greater transparency, but I am making an observation on the Feed and what/who is dominating. It doesn’t seem that Blind’s Algo fully agrees on that priority.
I don't think the sample size of users on here is remotely useful to answer half the questions. By nature it's weighted toward certain roles and countries, specific complaints, etc. I would agree transparency and discussions are good overall but that blind size and toxicity ruin both these often
