Acquiring tenant

I have a townhouse/condo in Newark area close to Dumbarton(84) like a couple of miles from the bridge. I have posted ad on Zillow, Craig list, hotpad etc but I have not yet got tenant. Are there any better strategies to get tenant. Rent is as per market standard (adjacent unit got rented a few months ago at same price I quoted ).

Maybe you need a better one? How are the pictures on your listing? A realtor will help you market it.

What is the size, how many br/ba, what is the rental rate? Have you lived in it?

Was the area bad? Likely because it’s a 3/1, hard to have a roommate share the bathroom. Lower your rate or Airbnb it

Ok that’s not too high .. am surprised u r having issues with finding tenants .. may be changing ur property manager and put ads on sulekha for Indian crowds , or Craigslist . Some network in Facebook

This website...sounds like its targeted for people of specific backgrounds? Craigslist and Zillow will get you the most visibility.
