Yep, have to agree. Thus is a serious area of improvement for us.
It my vary on position, I got feedback the next day since I had another offer.

Seems like recruiter dropped the ball here. If it were me, I would just move on and go onto the next opportunity. There are plenty of other tech jobs out there.
Just got an email from recruiter saying that she is still collecting feedback from team. She will follow up with me next week.
Recruiter said feedback so far has been positive and she is trying to get the debrief from team. She would get back with a feedback next week some time. Is this a good sign?
I’d say so. Adobe HR moves at a snails pace. If it was a no, they’d likely let you know that by now.
