Airbnb Business Leveling
Hi everyone, Looking at Airbnb on the business non-eng side. How do the levels translate to levels at the big tech companies i.e. Facebook, Amazon, Google? I.E. what is a level 8 or 9 at Airbnb translate to at Amazon? 6,7? Thanks!
I think I remember seeing someone say the levels are off by 4, so L6 elsewhere is G10 at Airbnb.
Yes that’s correct. We have 2 different leveling . Engineering follow L like L4 L5 L6 etc. non engineering follow G . L4 equals G8, L5 equals G9 etc
