Isnt attrition atleast 2 years at Amazon? I read somewhere that you will need to return the bonus prorated if you leave the company before 2 years? Ofcourse not from Amazon so dont know the facts!

Sign bonus can be kept after completing a year, a lot of people complete one year and then leave. Most stocks don't vest until your 3rd and 4th year however. Average tenure at Amazon is 1 year.

Yes, org is about 3500 people with 7 or so distinct verticals.
