Hi Amazonians, What's the exact Boomerang Policy? I.e. No interview if you return 0-6 months ; No bar raiser if you return 6-12 months? How about if joining another team in first 6 months? P.S - I read it somewhere on Inside Amazon but can't remember exactly.
you can search inside and find it. it is on a FAQ page. the question is if recruiter/HR/hiring manager really follow this policy. what if they don't and just ghost a boomerang.
