Amazon India Prime team vs Selling Partner Paid Services
Hello ! Getting an SDE II offer from Amazon India. Just wondering if anyone could shed some light if any about either of the teams - * Amazon India Prime team * Selling Partner Paid Services I have also setup calls with hiring managers from both teams to see where I might be a better fit. PS: I haven’t started compensation negotiations yet, will update when I do :) YOE: 4.5

Both have multiple teams and the work varies a lot across teams so better ask team specific details in calls.

Prime is good.. not sure about partner paid service.. but in amazon the Best part you can change the team whenever you want even after a month of joining if you don't like..

@Op Could you tell me how is Flipkart doing these days in terms of wlb and culture compared to ola, paytm, swiggy etc? I'm planning to apply there. Yoe:1.5
Flipkart is pretty awesome when it comes to wlb, at least my org. Having spoken with friends from Swiggy and Ola, can say Flipkart is a relatively better place to work
