What’s the compensation like? I’m an IC6 at Facebook and get around 380K TC. Do PMs get the same as engineers at Amazon? What is the compensation for L7 PM?

The range is about 270-400k for L7 PMT in Seattle.

No. Generally L7 PMT is closer to 300k on the way in. More in subsequent years with stock increases. Seattle answer.
