Any Data Scientist with H1B transfer denied or received RFE?
Are there any data scientist out there whose h1b transfer was denied or received RFE after premium processing suspension? If you or anyone you know received denial or RFE, what was the reason mentioned? TC: 175k

We had a data scientist joined on receipt and later his RFE got denied. Don't know the details though, but I'd be careful joining on receipt.
What was his back up option? Did he have to leave the country?
He moved to Canada temporarily. Not sure what happened afterwards.
