Practice, have a good reason for why you want this job and work for Facebook, have a few example stories to tell support the value pillars (moving fast, breaking things, failures/what you learned, successful stories, collaboration with cross functional partners, illustrating you as a good peoples manager), try to understand what each of the interviewers’ focus areas are and make sure you leave them feeling good about that area
They are busy. They want you to do well. Relax and be yourself, but be prepared.
