Apple Portland HW Offer Review
Hi guys, I'm a Physical Design Engineer at Intel OR with 4 years of relevant experience. I had a good interview for an Apple PD role but the initial numbers the recruiter came back with seem pretty low. Since there's no data on compensation for this site, could any of you help? YoE-4 TC-125k Apple Offer - Base/RSU/bonus - 125/80/20 Thanks in advance!

Same boat. Have competing offers, they’re still unwilling to budge. Any tips for how to proceed?
Portland and Intel, you really dont have much of a leverage to negotiate. I would still try for 130/120/20
Yeah, I was afraid of that, recruiter seemed pretty inflexible on increasing RSUs at all.
Yeah unless you get some other offer it is very difficult. Nonetheless I would say whatever they are offering you is pretty decent.
