Apple green card policy
Does Apple have company wide policy regarding case initiation for a green card? 3 months, 6 months or day 1 with manager approval? And how fast can they “actually” start the case? Microsoft has day 1 policy but our internal queue is ridiculously long right now. edit: In MSFT there have been too many people waiting to get their PERM started and the number far exceeds immigration team’s capacity. Newly joined employees are given an ETA as late as next year to start the labor market test.
Google is real day 1. FB is after boot camp. What is an internal queue BTW?
No such rule in Apple, your manager needs to send any email to skips boss and if its approved, the process can start.

Do you need to push manager to get it started? Like really try to shine in first 3 months and then ask for it
