Hi guys. Most folks gave info on Apple's compensation structure. However, its not clear if it applies to Electrical Engineers (EE). SW/CS engineers make a lot more. Can you post info on compensation in the following format applicable to EEs? My experience is at staff level in my company and am hoping to be staff level at Apple too. Do you think its reasonable? ICT #/Education level/# of years of experience/Job Title/Base/RSU at sign on/Expected RSU refresh/# of hours you put in each week.
EE major here. Learn to code. You’ll mop the floor with CS majors. Most never had to take a class as hard as differential equations.
I code every day. But thats for HW.
