Anyone have guidance on signing arbitration agreements or not?
Is the arbitration done by a neutral 3rd party? If so, this is standard in employee handbooks.
While most arbitration is neutral on paper, it rarely is so. Arbitrators are inclined to favor the big guys (employers) for repeat business.

Are you actually given the option? If so, definitely opt out. Most firms have it as a condition of employment.
