My friend worked for Amazon for 7 years then went to startup for 3 years and now when he tried to join back Amazon, he was asked stupid DP question in telephonic round and was rejected. He is talented enough to find other job but Amazon just lost a good software developer. Why is the hiring process so bad which doesn't account for ones experience?
