Benefits at Google Zurich?

Would someone mind sharing the benefits you get at Google Zürich? (Other than $$$) I googled and searched here but couldn’t find a good list.

Interested in this too. What about the mandatory health insurance? For a family it can end up being quite expensive

Google pays a lump sum that covers most of it (or all of it, depending on which insurance you get, your age and your deductible) and there's a tiny discount for supplemental insurance

Interested too. Salary is paid in 12 or 13 parts? Here in CH most of the companies have this 13th part.

Its in 13 parts. Benefits are like any other google office, besides location itself is a benefit I would say with its excellent infrastructure and functional bureaucracy.

It isn’t a bonus or such, just your annual pay is divided in 13. parts and you get 12 of them monthly (so a little less than you should per month) and 13th part in most cases in December. It was made to make people save money for their taxes etc. But Google can just pay it the standard way or even every 2 weeks?
