Been coding for 8 years. Spent the last two doing smart contract development (I work at consensys as an architect). Was a CTO of a small healthcare startup and also was CTO of a company that eventually (after I left) got to 1000+ employees. I'm building a computer to work on apps for the new Oculus. I want to work for a company where I'll learn a ton about building fun or useful apps on the Oculus. Any ideas?
Why is it a shit show? Any experience with that company?

I thought their product was quite revolutionary. Bad to know about the mass exodus
I heard elevator companies are really into VR/AR. Creating vitual apps with repair assistance and machine schematics to assist in their work.
