- EMC dicpicmoreMicrosoft is driven and owned by Enterprise Sales Reps. If you want to be treated like a king, join Microsoft as an enterprise sales rep. EMC, Dell, VMWare, Cisco, IBM, Infosys, TCS are all companies with heavy sales culture with hefty bonuses and power for sales reps.
- Micro Focus / ProductGWOz11TCS, Infosys, consulting shops suck for sales. Look for Enterprise software orgs, Microsoft, Amazon, etc. Also, anywhere you look, you need to find out how you're quota is split up. Some places are great when you exceed your quote (>100%), where some places don't want you to go post 110%.
