Best place to do remote work during holidays.

This holiday season work is going to be slow and my manger is okay with me working remote for a week or two. What are some good locations to work remotely for a week? I have a 8 month baby, so can’t do crazy road trips and want to avoid snow. Thinking of renting something on the beaches in California or Florida. Any thoughts?
