It hit 2000+ per stock and now it is 1300 ish Is it a good stock to invest?
If you have a long term view, then yes, 1350ish per share is a far better price than 2000 per share. So yeah, AMZN is on sale. Personally I think 1200-1300 is "back the truck up" pricing. But if the recession hits hard and fast, we could go lower before we go higher.
Wait for 3 digits
Why is it down so much ?
Amzn is very expensive and a bear market will punish all high PE stocks .. Same with Netflix..
$1100 - $1250 in Q1 2019 with support at $800-$900 if we have a recession in H2 2019.
Tough catching a falling knife. It was $8 in 2001 btw🤡
Does any of this sound like the recent bitcoin fiasco?
It will bottom at around $576
So sayeth the crystal ball.
Can we relax with the random price predictions? Maybe just look at PE or dividends and adjust for a value you think is somewhat in line with market expectations. It's pure speculation saying it's priced X now so it should be priced Y later. This is basically the rampant speculation that has driven tech stocks PEs so far out of line with other sectors.
It might even drop below 100
You missed the chance; should have bought it at 2100 and sold it today.
