If you go far enough South it gets cold again. Try Patagonia or Antarctica.

Australia has some nice weather in the US summertime (think SF temperatures with sunshine in Sydney, a little warmer further north). Plus it’s winter there so it won’t be as crowded

Isn’t Maui even more south than Florida? Why is that listed?
Maui isn’t humid. I meant Southern US states such as - Georgia, Carolinas, Florida, Louisiana.
