Blind != Toxic
Inspired by the other post. I want to proclaim my love for blind and what a wonderful environment it is. Frank uncensored discussion. TC and career centric focus. No real toxicity (politicking, backstabbing) - it's not a zerosum game here and we all help one another in our special uncouth vulgar ways! Great release from the PC and censorship of real life. We have colorful language sure... But this is what the internet should be!!! Where else can we talk about growing careers, are hookers worth the money, and how much toilet paper you use to wipe your ass after you take a dump? And for the special snowflakes who can't handle blind, GTFO!!! TC $95k. Fuck you, don't laugh at my TC!

Although we abuse each other and talk crap about each other ,I say we are united and one truly inclusive community and we secretly love each other and totally hot for each other . I would want to assure all the Sensitive Snow Particle people that we are honest , loving ,caring and help each other by contributing to the community . We get shit forced down our throats daily about inclusiveness and diversity and feminism and "be an ally" and if you don't go along with it 100% you risk losing your job, and possibly your career. Our posts on Blind are a representation of how we really feel about all this horseshit.
This industry would be so much better if it actually was about technology and not identity politics and shitty mobile/web apps.

I wish I knew of blind before joining Amazon. Would have negotiated a lot more money. I came from a startup background and Amazon basically offered me what was for me a gigantic raise and I just took it not knowing what the actual market was. Blind may be the best thing for all of our TCs. Pay disclosure almost always leads to increased pay.
