Anyone work there? Glassdoor reviews seem positive but they mention toxic culture a few years ago, wonder if that's truly changed or those are fake reviews to attract new candidates.
According to my wife, culture seems great. She never works late and has unlimited PTO which she can actually take.
Can you clarify on toxic culture?
I think they were specifically referencing a glassdoor review written by a customer service rep at Blink who make an hourly wage and don''t get benefits/vacation like other employees. Not indicative of product/eng culture. https://www.glassdoor.com/Reviews/Blink-Health-Reviews-E1332358.htm
Culture is fine. typical startup where things change on a dime and some broken process, etc but it's cool. unlimited PTO engineers are great.
This person replied with the same thing to another thread about Blink. They are just trolling: https://www.businessinsider.com/blink-health-online-pharmacy-prices-2018-11 https://www.forbes.com/sites/danieldambrosio/2019/05/23/blink-health-taking-on-big-pharma-to-democratize-drug-prices/#31b5beed46dc https://www.city-journal.org/new-technology-could-reduce-drug-costs
They’re losing three engineers a week, easily. I worked there for three years and left earlier this year. It’s a toxic company through and through.
Current engineer at Blink. Can confirm the culture is totally toxic. Engineers and other employees getting fired constantly with little explanation. Morale is in the toilet.
It hasn’t.
