Business Analyst to Product Manager at Amazon?
Hey guys, My little brother is a new grad and is expecting an offer for a BA role at Amazon but still waiting on numbers, probably peanuts anyways. He has prior internship experience in PM though and really wants to do it long term. I know that BA is a feeder role to PM but at Amazon specifically, how quickly/difficult is it to go from BA to PM? Thanks a lot in advance! I know the drill. My TC: 410K, YOE: 8

That's one of the standard path..I know few of my colleagues/friends who started with BA and later become product manager. He would be fine.. it might take bit longer, depending upon level and team
