I have a phone screen coming up for infrastructure role with a FAANG company. Job description reads requires some Python scripting and SQL among other non coding technical skills. Recruiter said I may be asked to complete a coding problem and should also prepare for talking about projects etc. Just wondering if there is a chance that the interviewer won’t ask a coding question and will instead focus on my resume or ask other theoretical questions.
Is python non technical? Wut
I guess I was not clear Python and SQL (technical coding) and (other) non-coding technical requirements like OS concepts
Not every technical interview has coding but it doesn't mean its a "non technical interview". Depends on the role.
If you received a coderpad.io link, there will be coding.
What FAANG is this? Fb infra roles infra interviews have coding
