Career transition suggestions?

Posted in Tech careers since I am in Seattle so that's the biggest local industry, really a career progression question.

Trying to figure out how to leave my company, but I'm having trouble translating the work I do into non-insurance language. Any suggestions for other roles or companies would be great. Resume snippet below.

Manage all stages of the product life cycle, from finding market opportunities, to setting product strategy, to evaluating financial performance in market at a Fortune 100 property & casualty insurance carrier

Identify market opportunities that align to strategic priorities through customer and market research

Develop vision and strategy to reposition an existing product for a new market segment, create data driven business case, develop go to market plan, product specifications, and marketing strategy

Lead cross functional team to collaborate with legal, compliance, underwriting, and field distribution

Present regularly to multiple levels of senior leadership

Track execution for multiple initiatives using data analytics tools to evaluate customer feedback and financial performance to KPIs

Train my team and peers through design thinking sessions to generate new product ideas, mentoring, knowledge sharing, SAS & VBA programming support, and presentation skills

    Are you trying to go to a more ‘technical life role or just trying to change industries? I think a few folks at liberty did go to amazon as ‘program manager’, which may be similar to what you do.

    Sounds like what BI and BIE are doing. If you learn sql you can apply to Amazon for these positions
