Choice between serviceNow and Microsoft for sde2
I need a help in career choice between serviceNow and Microsoft given the fact that serviceNow is paying better.

How will msft vs service now help you in your career path 5 yrs from?
Service Now has we stablished product and it's a growing company this the learning curve looks good but in ms there is much more chances to work with world class product and complex logic behind that.
MSFT has teams working in almost every area of CS. If you don't like your team, you have the option of trying to switch to a more interesting team. Unless Servicenow is paying significantly more (+40% or more), I say go for MSFT.

depend on which team, choose the interesting team/problem life is short to waste it. money is not everything.
Negotiate hard to squeeze out a few more from MSFT and then join msft. Would be better for long term.
