Have an interview for infra development at citadel, and recruiter says that target comp would be ~500k TC but said they couldn't elaborate on comp structure, but that there is vesting involved. Can anyone give me a detailed breakdown of how they structure their comp for SWEs?

Yeah the recruiter mentioned 3 years, does that mean $0 bonus if leaving before then?
My impression was part of the bonus vests, like 20%. Is it all?
